Anotace:
Tradiční karate je velmi vysokou naukou boje jako cesty vnějšího i vnitřního sebepoznávání. Probírané techniky úderů, bloků, seků, kopů, pák aj. vedou k tzv. todome (konečným) technikám. Trénink odpovídá stylu shotokan a slouží jak ke sportovnímu, tak i k vlastnímu rozvoji cvičenců.
Kurz tradičního karate a sebeobrany je určen pro všechny STV, tj. od začátečníků po mistrovské stupně, výuka je dělená, tj. začátečníci cvičí převážně odděleně od pokročilých, základní pilíře výuky jsou následující:
• kihon techniky
o dachi waza
o tzuki waza
o uke waza (pokročilí: ate waza, koroshi waza)
o geri waza
• kihon ipon kumite
• jiu-jitsu techniky
• kata (heian 1-5, Bassai, Teki) a bunkaí
na letní semestr - shodná se zimním semestrem v pokročilé formě bunkami pro vyšší STV.
