Anotace:

TRX -Total-Body ResistanceExercise 

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX tool - it’s basically a suspension-based exercise system that uses gravity and your own bodyweight to make exercise more challenging – rather than weights and machines. It is a total body workout that delivers a rock-solid core, increases strength, improves posture, boosts flexibility and builds on your endurance.

You can also make it as difficult as you want; simply adjusting your body position can add or decrease resistance on each move. This makes it a great option for everyone, from total fitness newcomers to elite athletes. The course takes place in a special fitness gym – Fit Centre Machina

Things to bring with you:

  •  big towel
  •  sport shoes (with non-slip soles)

 

VČA= free time activities for students and public (registration online, payment according to up to date price list).

You can also participate in follow up activities (workshops, seminars etc.) organized by CESA.
